Tyler Florence’s Celery Pesto

Ingredients

4 celery ribs, peeled
1/2 cup celery leaves
1/2 cup flat-leaf Italian parsley leaves
1/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed
2 tablespoons shredded parmigiano reggiano
2 tablespoons toasted pinenuts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender and serve.
