17 Day Diet Turkey Black Bean Chili

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground turkey

2 cups black beans (in cycle 2 and 3 only)

1 cup chopped onion

2 cups tomato sauce

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon Kosher salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

In a saucepan, brown the ground turkey over moderate heat. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
