1 PACKAGE REFIGREATED PIE PASTRY DOUGH 2 EGG WHITES ½ CUP SEEDLESS RASPBERRY SPREAD OR JAM 12 SMALL CHUNKS OF CAMEMRBERT 2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR

PREHEAT OVEN 425 DEGREES SPREAD FLOUR ON WORK SURFACE AND PLACE DOUGH ON TOP . WITH A ROLLING PIN GIVE THE DOUGH A FEW GOOD ROLLS TO FLATTEN IT A BIT AND SQUARE OFF THE SIDES. . CUT SQUARES ABOUT 4 INCHES OUT OF THE DOUGH. PLACE A SMALL AMOUNT OF RASPBERRY SPREAD ON THE CENTER OF THE DOUGH AND A CHUNK OF CHEESE. WHISK THE EGG WHITES WITH 2 TABLESPOONS OF WATER . THEN BRUSH EGG MIXTURE ON THE EDGES OF THE PASTRY AND FOLD ALL FOUR CORNERS IN TO FROM AN ENVEOLOPE OVERLAPPING SLIGHTLY . THEN LIGHTLY BRUSH THE SEAM SIDE ( TOP) TO KEEP THEM CLOSED WITH THE EGG MIXTURE ARRANGE ON A LINED BAKING SHEET AND BAKE 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWN SERVE
