PREHEAT A PAN ON MEDUIM HEAT LAY OUT 4 SLICES OF BREAD TOP EACH WITH A SLICE OF PEPPERJACK CHEESE TOP EACH SANDWICH WITH 2 SLICES OF BACON TOP EACH SANDWICH WITH 2 SLICES OF TOMATO TOP EACH SANDWICH WITH A SLICE OF PEPPERJACK CHEESE THEN TOP WITH SLICE OF BREAD SPREAD BUTTER ON SANDWICH AND PLACE IN A HEATED SKILLET THEN SPREAD THE UNCOOKED BREAD WITH BUTTER.. WHEN TOASTED FLIP SANDWICH TO COOK OTHER SIDE ALLOW TO COOL SLIGHTLY THEN DEPENDING ON THE BREAD YOU USE CUT IN MINI SANDWICHES . WRAP IN GOLD FOIL TO KEEP WARM AND MAKE PRETTY
