Eric Ripert’s Sauteed Broccolini
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 bunches broccolini, florets separated and stem ends discarded
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Fine sea salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Juice of ½ lemon
Heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Add the broccolini and the garlic, reduce the heat to medium and season with salt.
Saute over medium heat until the garlic is golden and the broccolini is tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
Add pepper flakes and lemon juice and serve hot.
