Hometown Chefs: Greg Baxtrom’s Spare Ribs

Ingredients

Ribs

Tonkatsu Sauce:
1 ½ Cup Dark Soy Sauce
1 ½ Cup Worcester Sauce
4 ½ Cup Ketchup
Mix all ingredients

Togarashi (a small, hot Japanese chili used in a transitional spice mixture that is typically made up of many flavors like ginger, orange zest, sesame seeds, chili powder, and seaweed)

Directions

Preheat Oven 325 degrees

Wrap Ribs in Foil and par bake for 3 hours (keep water in the pan)

Unwrap Ribs after 3 hours

Sprinkle with *Togarashi and baste with sauce. Place on grill to brown. Baste again with Sauce.
