Jimmy Kimmel’s Hot Wings
Apple wood chunks
1 Bag (5 Pounds) Chicken Wings
1 cup Tabasco sauce
3 cups just about any BBQ sauce
1 Large container Blue Cheese Dressing
10 ounces crumbled blue cheese
1) Load the smoker with the wood chunks and then the wings. When the wings are fully smoked (takes about 2 hours at 225 degrees), transfer them to a hot grill. This makes them crispy and the grill marks always look appetizing.
*If you don't have a smoker, you can heat one side of grill and place the chicken on the opposite side for slow cooking.
2) Mix the hot and BBQ sauces (adjust the mixture to taste, I likes mine hot as possible) then add the cooked wings and toss - and save some sauce for dipping. For more dipping, mix the blue cheese dressing with the crumbled blue cheese.
3) Eat - Repeat every weekend
