My Healthy Dish’s Asian cold noodle side salad
Ingredients
1/2 head purple cabbage (shredded)<br><br>
2 cups carrots (julienned)<br><br>
1 cup red bell peppers (sliced)<br><br>
1 cup sliced cucumbers<br><br>
1/2 cup mint<br><br>
3 cups soba noodles (cooked)<br><br>
2 Tbsp. slivered almonds<br><br>
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds<br><br>
Directions
Mix all ingredients. For dressing, add juice from 1 Orange to leftover salmon marinade, and mix.
