My Healthy Dish’s Salmon Pineapple Skewers
Ingredients
2 pounds cubed salmon<br><br>
1 pineapple or 1 can pineapple chunks<br><br>
2 tbsp soy sauce<br><br>
2 tbsp sesame oil<br><br>
1 tbsp black vinegar<br><br>
1 tbsp brown sugar<br><br>
1/4 tsp salt<br><br>
1/4 black pepper<br><br>
1/4 cup sliced green onions<br><br>
Avocado Oil Spray<br><br>
Directions
Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes before skewering in the salmon with the pineapple. Spray with a little avocado oil and season with just salt.<br><br>
Place on grill. Make sauce with soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, brown sugar and pepper. Pour half into separate bowl for dipping and brush on the rest one the skewers.<br><br>
Plate and garnish with green onions.<br><br>
Serve with side salad.
