Ryan Luxenburg’s Quarantine Qick 2.0

Ingredients

Steaks (2-3)

2 Cups of original BBQ Sauce (any brand)

2 cups of Honey BBQ Sauce (or just add Honey)

¼ Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce 

1/8 Cup habanero sauce

1/8 cup of ghost pepper sauce

1 tbsp of onion powder

1 tbsp of garlic powder 

2 tbsp of honey

1 tbsp of brown sugar

2 tsp of salt

Combine the dry and wet ingredients well. 

Directions

Combine the dry and wet ingredients well. 

Marinate the steaks in a plastic bag for a few hours. (Place in the refrigerator)

Now, gather all your materials and bring them outside to the grill (2 spatulas, 2 Deep dishes)

Take them out and place them on your grill with a temperature of 550 degrees F

 Put marinated steaks on the grill 

Flip after five minutes (repeat twice)

Marinate steaks with leftover sauce every flip (due to the steak absorbing most of the marinade) Be careful! 

Flip every 3 minutes, following the last step

After 25 minutes (more or less) do what I call “The Spoon Test” -which is when you push a spoon deep into the steak, and if you see a satisfactory amount of “gravy” and if the meat is tender to the touch,

your dinner is ready!

Carefully take the steaks off the grill. 

Place into a serving dish with a top to keep the heat in.
