Ryan’s Banana Muffins


2-3 medium bananas mashed
1c. Almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
2tb honey
1tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
2tsp cinnamon
2 flax eggs (or regular if non vegan)
1/2c. Squash or carrot puree
1/2tsp. Baking soda
1/2tsp baking powder


Mix first 7 ingredients well. Then fold in squash purée and leaveners.
You can also fold in your favorite berries, nuts or chocolate chips!

Bake at 325 degrees for 25 mins. Or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
(You can set a timer for 10 minutes and check doneness, then rotate and bake the rest of the way)
