Ingredients

1 cup butter, at room temperature 4 cups icing sugar 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla extract

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the plant butter until it is light and fluffy. Sift in the powdered sugar. Add the cashew milk and vanilla extract and continue to beat until they are well combined.
