Tyler Florence’s Parmesan Oyster Crackers


2 cups oyster crackers
1/4 bunch flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup shredded parmigiano regiano


Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Add oyster crackers, oil, minced garlic and chopped flat leaf parsley in a large mixing bowl and toss to coat. Spread out on a sheet tray, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with shredded parmigiano. Pop into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
