Uma Naidoo’s Brain-Food Golden Latte
Ingredients
1 cup macadamia milk
½ teaspoon ground turmeric<br>
pinch of black pepper (necessary to activate the turmeric)<br>
¼ grated nutmeg or cinnamon
Directions
Simply heat all the ingredients minus nutmeg in a saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes and then sprinkle with nutmeg and enjoy!<br>
If you like it sweet, add a light drizzle of honey.
