Uma Naidoo’s Brain-Food Golden Latte
1 cup macadamia milk
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
pinch of black pepper (necessary to activate the turmeric)
¼ grated nutmeg or cinnamon
Simply heat all the ingredients minus nutmeg in a saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes and then sprinkle with nutmeg and enjoy!
If you like it sweet, add a light drizzle of honey.
