Wendy Bazilian’s Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

• 3 very ripe nice avocados
• 3/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• A couple drops of pure vanilla extract - ~1/8 tsp
• Extra: whipped cream (spray can, real ingredients one) to top/garnish

Directions

• Use a food processor to blend ingredients well (avocado, maple syrup, cocoa powder) into smooth pudding consistency
