Wendy Bazilian’s Pumpkin Brownies

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS FOR PUMPKIN BROWNIES • Brownie mix
• 2 large eggs (calls for 1 egg but use 2)
• 1/2 stick butter (2 oz)
• 2/3 cup canned pumpkin
• 350 degrees for 25 min

INGREDIENTS FOR TRADITIONAL BROWNIES
• Brownie mix
• 2 large eggs (calls for 1 egg but use 2)
• 1 stick butter (4 oz)
• 350 degrees for 25 min (check doneness; err on side of sooner than later on timing)

DIRECTIONS FOR PUMPKIN BROWNIES
• Boxed brownie mix
• Make per box instructions but add an extra egg (for a cake-style brownie).
• cut butter on recipe/instructions in half; add 2/3 cup canned pumpkin.
• Bake 25ish minutes – the low end of the range suggested (25-30 min) so they are done but moist.
