Wendy Bazilian’s Pumpkin Julius Smoothie


Citrus and other fruits now have to share the morning spotlight with pumpkin.

Servings: 2
Prep Time: 3 minutes

1 1/2 cup low fat milk

1 cup fresh pumpkin puree (or canned pumpkin)

1/2 cup low fat plain Greek Yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

4 ice cubes


Place all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Adjust the thickness with more or less ice cubes or water.
